2. When can I expect my order?
Once payment has been received and reflected, your order will be confirmed and your estimated turnaround time will be shared via WhatsApp.
3. What do I do if I have not received order confirmation?
Please check whether your order was placed within our working hours. If it was placed outside of these hours, kindly allow until the next working day for your confirmation message to be sent. If you still have not received a response after 24 hours during working hours, please contact us via WhatsApp with your email address and order details.
4. Can I make changes after ordering?
Please ensure that all details on your order confirmation are correct upon receipt. If there is an error, kindly notify us via WhatsApp and clearly state what the issue is, as well as the correct details you would like it updated to.
5. How does delivery work?
Deliveries are done via PAXI courier service. For customers in Pietermaritzburg, collection details will be communicated via WhatsApp once your order is ready.
6. Can I cancel or get a refund?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been made and work has started, as resources and materials are allocated to each order.
